This is a great spot to hike with a family or folks that do not hike often. There are some great views and the trails are well maintained. Some trails can accommodate wheelchairs and others cannot.… Full review by Skier9175

Apparently Crescent Moon is the place to do what you want. They illegally fail to honor the right to enter federal recreation areas for free with relevant passes. So we didn't enter, complained to the USFS, and so don't know the details of where to go.
