New York Attorney General Letitia James and two other area attorneys general sent a letter to Altice USA, parent company of Optimum TV, on Thursday calling for refunds for customers who have been without MSG Networks since Jan. 1.

Attorneys general from three states are demanding that cable company Optimum automatically refund customers who paid for MSG Network cable channels, but who have been denied access to the programming since the start of January.

Attorney General William Tong Thursday joined two other attorneys general to demand refunds for customers of Altice USA who were denied access to MSG Networks cable channels due to Optimum’s blackouts.
