DETROIT — The Detroit Tigers’ stamp on the 2025 All-Star Game in Atlanta will go beyond just what happens inside the diamond. Alongside the four players set to represent the Tigers in the Midsummer Classic, Detroit’s bat boy, Frankie Boyd, was voted to represent the American League this season.

Having a breakout year in his sixth major league season, Detroit Tigers utility player Zach McKinstry was named to his first All-Star team.

The shuffling of replacements gives the Astros four All-Stars in Paredes, Peña, Brown and pitcher Josh Hader. The Brewers have two in Megill and Peralta. And the Twins have two with Ryan joining two-time All-Star outfielder Byron Buxton.
