Prosecutors are expected to make recommendations to a judge Tuesday on whether to undo President-elect Donald Trump’s conviction in his hush money case because of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.

The president-elect had been scheduled to be sentenced later this month after he was convicted of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
