Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have reportedly been on something of a real estate roller coaster ride in recent days, after it was claimed that the former couple had finally found a buyer for their $68 million Beverly Hills mansion—only to have them "pull out of escrow" at the last minute, according to TMZ.

In photos obtained by Page Six and posted on September 27, the duo was spotted outside a Spirit Halloween store in Los Angeles. While it's unclear whether they ended up making a purchase from the seasonal retailer, Affleck and Fin appeared to be in good spirits as they walked together outside the store.
