Prime Minister Keir Starmer reached an agreement with US President Donald Trump to implement trading terms disclosed last month to slash US tariffs on key British exports and raise UK quotas on certain American agricultural products.

The U.S. and UK announced a trade deal as President Donald Trump and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer signed an agreement at the G7 Summit in Canada, lowering certain tariffs and setting new quotas for British exports to the U.

Sir Keir Starmer said he rushed to pick up trade deal documents dropped by the US president in order to prevent a security scare.
