Former Major League Baseball pitcher Dan Serafini has been found guilty of murdering his father-in-law and trying to murder his mother-in-law after a 2021 Tahoe-area home ambush and shooting.

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Danny Serafini was convicted Monday of the first-degree murder of his father-in-law and attempted murder of his mother-in-law.

Detectives worked for two years to identify this person and said evidence led them to believe it was Serafini.
