More than 4,700 passengers have been stranded by inclement weather caused by Super Typhoon Pepito, according to the Philippine Coast Guard.on Sunday morning.

In Pagasa’s 8 a.m. bulletin, Pepito is estimated at the coastal waters of Vinzons, Camarines Norte, based on data from Daet and Baler weather radars.
