Former BBC presenter Huw Edwards has hit out at the new Channel 5 series depicting his downfall. Martin Clunes, 64, who is best known for his role as the titular character in Doc Martin, will play Edwards in 5 drama Power: The Downfall Of Huw Edwards.

Channel 5 has hit back at Huw Edwards after the disgraced former BBC News anchor condemned their new drama series starring Martin Clunes .

Many of them praised just how well Clunes embodied the role of Edwards and how skilled he was that the performance became "unnerving."
