A driver was hospitalized with a head injury after a violent crash involving a GMC Hummer and a fuel tanker truck on State Route 67 in Poway, resulting in a minor fuel leak that was quickly contained.
County hazardous materials teams responded to clean up a minor fuel leak from the tractor part of the truck, authorities said.
