According to multiple reports, MLB is investigating Saturday's occurrence from the Yankees' 12-9 victory, when Atlanta Braves coach Eddie Perez pointed to his head while conversing with New York's Jazz Chisholm Jr.

A day after Jazz Chisholm Jr.’s animated exchange with an Atlanta Braves coach, the Yankees second baseman still wouldn’t publicly comment about it.

"I hope it didn't [have to do with throwing at his head], because obviously there's no place for that," Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Sunday before the series finale at Truist Park.

"Atlanta is expected to listen to trade offers for second baseman Ozzie Albies, center fielder Michael Harris and catcher Sean Murphy, but not until this winter," Nightengale wrote.

The Braves beat the Yankees 7-3 in Friday’s series opener, cashing as +116 underdogs.
