Great Britain face Slovakia in the last four of the Billie Jean King Cup as Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter look to lead the way to a first final in the women’s team event since 1981.

Great Britain look to reach the final of the Billie Jean King Cup for the first time since 1981 as they face Slovakia. The winner of this semi-final tie will face Jasmine Paolini’s Italy for the title tomorrow, as the team event reaches the business end.

The firse semi pits Viktoria Hruncakova against Raducanu. On paper the 2021 US Open winner should have too much for the World No 241, but Hruncakova held her nerve to beat Kimberley Birrel 2-1 in the last round and played a crucial role in the doubles decider, when edging out the Americans 2-1 with a 10-8 final-set win alongside Tereza Mihalikova.
