The Kansas Jayhawks pulled off another massive victory on Saturday, edging out No. 6 BYU 17-13 in Provo and making history in the process. For the first time ever, Kansas secured back-to-back wins over ranked opponents, following last week’s impressive 45-36 triumph over No. 17 Iowa State.

For the second straight week, the Kansas Jayhawks have played a ranked team with their eyes on a Big 12 Championship Game invite and potential chance at the College Football Playoff. It was a similar result as KU upset the No. 6 BYU Cougars 17-13 in Provo late Saturday night.

The Jayhawks also saw redshirt junior quarterback Jalon Daniels throw an interception in a game where the team only finished with 242 yards of total offense. Senior running back Devin Neal’s two touchdown runs were a couple bright spots,
