The Eagles moved up in the 2025 NFL draft and selected Alabama linebacker Jihaad Campbell, a South Jersey native, with the 31st overall pick.

Quarterback Kyle McCord, the other South Jersey player the Eagles drafted, was on the field as a full participant Friday. McCord, in fact, was the only quarterback in the camp and he worked with Eagles first-year QB coach Scott Loefler while the team went through its stretching exercises at the start of practice.

Jihaad Campbell has a ways to go before he can suit up for the Philadelphia Eagles, but the team is being as patient as ever with him.
