Ashton Jeanty is shaping up to be one of the Las Vegas Raiders ’ most promising investments heading into the upcoming NFL season. Head coach Pete Carroll is counting on the former Boise State standout to be a central weapon in his offensive scheme. And Jeanty has already made it clear: the team’s number one goal is firmly set.

Per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network, the Raiders signed Jeanty to a four-year, $35.9 million rookie contract on Thursday after selecting him with the No. 6 pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

In 2024, for the Boise State Broncos, Jeanty put up amazing numbers, finishing runner-up in Heisman Trophy voting after rushing the ball 374 times for 2,601 yards (second-most in FBS history) and 29 touchdowns.
