NHC Says Tropical Depression Could Form in Gulf of Mexico by This Weekend -- OPIS
In the eastern tropical Atlantic, NHC said Tropical Depression Thirteen formed about 430 miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands, and it expects a general westward to west-northwestward motion through the weekend. It is too early to predict whether the cyclone poses any risk to U.S. mainland.
