If none of the NFL’s other 31 teams pick up Shilo Sanders, he could still have a future in pro football. The Toronto Argonauts, who play in the Canadian Football League, have reportedly added him to their negotiating list. They had previously added Shedeur Sanders to the same list.

The undrafted free agent and son of Deion Sanders got into it with Zach Davidson of the Buffalo Bills over the weekend during a preseason game in Tampa Bay. After the whistle, the two continued shoving each other before Sanders threw the punch, hitting Davidson in the helmet. The referee quickly threw a penalty flag and Sanders was quickly ejected.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Sanders and his representatives "hope he gets claimed on waivers." The news came less than 24 hours after Sanders was ejected from his final preseason game against the Buffalo Bills. Officials flagged him for unnecessary roughness after he threw a punch in an altercation with tight end Zach Davidson.
