Elon Musk announced Thursday that Vine, the once-popular short-form video app, will return in a new format powered by artificial intelligence. The announcement, made in a brief post on X, offered few detailed but confirmed the project is in development. "We're bringing back Vine, but in AI form," Musk wrote.
