Harvard University and the Trump administration will square off in federal court Monday over more than $2 billion in frozen government funding, the latest flashpoint in a fight over antisemitism and diversity programs on campus.

A federal judge has barred the Trump administration from using its ban on travelers from some countries to keep 80 already-vetted refugees from entering the United States.

A US judge ruled Trump's travel ban can't block approved refugees, citing legal protections for asylum seekers. Refugee processing must resume for those previously cleared but denied entry.
