I recently moved to W8.1 and in the process of searching for defrag information about HDDs, I came across this mention of a SSD defrag bug in W8.1.

My guess on the reported high failure rate of SSD's in general are that people are not taking care of them properly. They probably put their computers to sleep with an ssd, or defrag or some ...
