Garrett recorded his first sack of the day when he pulled down Caleb Williams on third-and-goal at the Cleveland 8 with about 5 1/2 minutes left in the first half. That led to a missed 35-yard field goal by Cairo Santos. Williams became the 51st quarterback that Garrett has sacked in his nine-year career.
