Video game Fortnite was temporarily down for scheduled maintenance early Tuesday morning. Here's what to know about the update.

Fortnite went offline at 2 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, Aug. 7 as Epic Games gets ready for the launch of Chapter 6, Season 4.

Epic Games has outlined the changes and upgrades with Fortnite on the Switch 2, including the delay for mouse mode and setup instructions.

‌Epic Games‌ apparently had not heard from Apple since submitting Fortnite to the ‌App Store‌ on Friday. "The first request went unreviewed for 120+ hours," wrote Shiina.
