The Tennessee Titans have started their search for a new general manager by interviewing three candidates, beginning with a pair of former GMs in Reggie McKenzie and Thomas Dimitroff.

For some of those teams, that will involve finding new head coaches and/or General Managers. Three teams fired their head coaches during the season and two more have been dispatched as of 9 a.m. ET on January 6.

Mike Borgonzi has been hired as the next General Manager of the Tennessee Titans. Borgonzi, who previously served as Assistant General Manager with the Kansas City Chiefs, will arrive in Tennessee with an impressive background and great reputation.
