National Public Radio reached a settlement Monday that allows it to continue supporting member stations while it sues to stop an executive order that cut off federal funding for public broadcasting.

The Vallejo City Council will consider making a $228,399 fund transfer from the operator to the developer of the Broadway Project homeless facility and also will get a report on the facility Tuesday.
