The long, winding saga of George Santos is finally coming to an end. The infamous former representative is set to report to federal prison on Friday to start serving his more than seven-year sentence on charges for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft as part of a plea deal set into motion last summer.

He said he was wrongly blamed for financial fraud, worried about dying in prison, and promised to "bury" journalists who report on where he's being held.
