I renovated a dark and outdated 1980's kitchen into a bright, clean, modern dream kitchen over the span of nearly a year.

This isn’t a traditional recipe for authentic Polynesian food, by any means, but it does give me a happy reminder of lovely visits to Hawaii with a few bites of this simple entree. Enjoy!
