The Trump administration is planning a review of all refugees admitted to the U.S. during the Biden administration, according to a memo obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

The lawsuit was filed by Oct. 7 victims and family members who were murdered, maimed, or taken hostage in Israel or in various terrorist acts afterwards.
