NEW YORK —NBC Sports and IMAX have announced that they will be offering the first-ever live college football game at select IMAX locations nationwide with the 2024 edition of the annual Penn State “White Out” game on Nov. 9 between the No. 6 ranked Penn State Nittany Lions and the Washington Huskies.

Penn State fans can now watch one of the biggest nights in college football in a whole new experience. For the Nittany Lions White Out game, they’ll be taking on the Washington Huskies on Saturday, Nov.

After a landmark deal for the Paris Summer Games, NBC Sports and the film technologies company will make the Nov. 9 primetime match at Beaver Stadium available live on Imax screens and on Peacock.

The game is this Saturday, Nov. 9 at 8 p.m. Eastern/5 p.m. Pacific, also airing for home viewers via Peacock. The partnership is a continuing one for NBC Sports and Imax, building on the airing of the 2024 Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony at more than 100 Imax locations.

We all wanted Penn State's White Out game to come last weekend against Ohio State, but that is a larger conversation for another time. Instead, the White Out will be this Saturday against the Washington Huskies.
