Arguably the biggest transaction of the offseason for the Kansas City Chiefs was star tight end Travis Kelce pushing off retirement and deciding to come back for his 13th NFL season. The 35-year-old confirmed his decision to ESPN's Pat McAfee, who read Kelce's personal message to him aloud live on his "Pat McAfee Show" back on Feb. 27.

Following the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles this year, Travis Kelce briefly took time to consider retiring before ultimately deciding to come back for the 2025 season.

As teammates received their AFC championship rings, the Chiefs' Travis Kelce said he's "only interested in Super Bowl rings" and that "last year wasn't a success for me."
