Days of heavy monsoon rains in Nepal have triggered widespread flooding and landslides across the Himalayan nation, killing almost 200 people and causing widespread destruction.

Flooding caused by continuous rainfall has killed at least 32 people in Nepal’s capital and another 12 are missing.

Rescue, recovery, and clean-up efforts continued on Sunday, as the rains relented on Sunday, but the number of dead could rise, as reports come in from villages across the mountainous country, and dozens are reported missing.
