Mobility company Segway announced its first two electric bikes at CES 2025, the Xyber and Xafari will be on the roads in February

Micromobility giant Segway launched two new e-bikes at CES 2025 that are designed to make the experience of riding a bike easier, safer, more convenient,

CES 2025 is picking up the pace, with many companies showing off the best they have. We have already seen some of the high-end laptops, TVs, innovative smart home products, and more. But the list doesn’t end there.

Segway-Ninebot revealed its first two e-bikes at CES 2025 and says the Xyber and Xafari e-bikes are now available for pre-order at independent dealers nationwide with expected February delivery.

The only catch to take note of is that the Xyber's power means it's being designated as an "unclassified e-bike" meaning it can't be used on public roads or bike paths. Segway says a road-legal Class 2 Xyber will be showcased later in the year.

Segway’s Head of E-Bike, Nick Howe, encapsulated the innovation behind these bikes: “You don’t have to consider yourself a cyclist to feel the freedom and joy of two wheels. With features like our Intelligent Ride System, we’re empowering both new riders and dyed-in-the-wool cyclists to simply ‘ride better.’”

Innovative micromobility company Segway introduced new products at CES 2025 in three categories. The company’s first e-bikes, the tech-rich Xafari and Xyber, are available for presales today. Then there are the Navimow X3 Series robot mowers that were designed to mow and trim up to 2.

Segway isn’t just defined by its namesake stand-up scooter anymore. Since being acquired by and merging with Ninebot, Segway has added traditional electric scooters, a dirt e-bike, and at one time a pretty sweet chair to their portfolio.
