The rules on ministers accepting hospitality will be overhauled to ensure they are more transparent about what is being provided, the Government has announced.

Samoa’s PM Fiame Naomi Mata’afa has called for those attending the meeting to dress comfortably, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

Nabil Kaouk was killed on Saturday, a day after the death of the militant group’s leader for more than three decades, Hassan Nasrallah.
