Fans converged on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from all over, arriving by train, plane and automobile just for the once-in-a-lifetime experience of celebrating the Eagles.

The Philadelphia Flyers have three representatives in this tournament: forward Travis Konecny and defenseman Travis Sanheim for Team Canada, and goaltender Samuel Ersson for Team Sweden.

Ben Souders and Tyler Hostetter both have local ties and took inadvertent roads to coaching the Flyers’ peewee team.
