ASTRA reported that the Ukrainian HIMARS hit the Russian convoy in a strike in Makiivka on June 13 around 20 miles from the front line in Russian-occupied eastern Ukraine. The strike also destroyed a Russian Defense Ministry bus, and military vehicles.
Ukraine says Russia’s military losses have topped 1 million, noting the huge price Moscow has paid for its 3-year-old invasion.
While this operation doesn't change the immediate situation on the ground, it will leave a lasting impact on Russia and, very possibly, the future of warfare.
