A Powerball ticket sold in Texas won $250,000 but just missed the $134 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched four winning numbers, the Powerball and the Power Play in the drawing Saturday, Nov. 16, the Texas Lottery site said.

The Powerball jackpot has gone unclaimed since Oct. 23, when a Georgia player won the $478 million grand prize, lottery officials said. To score a jackpot in the Powerball, a player must match all five white balls and the red Powerball. The odds of scoring the jackpot prize are 1 in 292,201,338.
