El Paso County voters will decide on two multimillion-dollar bonds on Tuesday. El Paso County is proposing a $323.8 million Capital Improvement Bond, with five propositions listed on the ballot. The El Paso County Hospital District is also proposing a bond of $396.

Tens of thousands of El Pasoans will go to the polls on Tuesday to make their choices for everything from president to constables. “We’re expecting about 70,000 voters to cast their ballot (Tuesday);
