Two city ordinances have passed shedding more light on animal abandonment and hoarding incidents across the Las Vegas valley. On Wednesday, The Las Vegas City Council voted unanimously to pass two ordinances that shed more light on animal abandonment and hoarding issues and animal business and breeder accountability.

On Wednesday, the city council will discuss and vote on two separate bills that target animal abandonment and hoarding. Councilwoman Victoria Seaman sponsored the two bills up for discussion.
