The rumors are true! Chase Sui Wonders will appear in the upcoming Buffy reboot which has a pilot order at Hulu. In an interview with Deadline, Wonders said she was currently shooting the new Buffy pilot in Los Angeles,

In a surprising departure from the original series, newly released photos from the Los Angeles set of the reboot show Gellar, 48, dressed up in a radiant red mini dress with long sleeves, pink stilettos and a Yves Saint Laurent Sac de Jour handbag.

The two actors represent the two eras of Buffy, with Gellar set to pass on her slayer baton to Armstrong, last seen in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, during the pilot episode of the upcoming Buffy reboot. Gellar, who is also an executive producer on the series, will then continue to appear albeit in a recurring role.
