Education provider Coleg Cambria has proposed the construction of a student accommodation building to Denbighshire Council at its Llysfasi campus, near Ruthin.

A partnership between WTGB and the Wythenshawe Community Housing Group wants to build the development on four acres of Green Belt off Wilmslow Road in Heald Green.

Ashton Park, on the edge of the existing South Lancashire Industrial Estate, could either be developed as a single space or multiple units.

Developer Walker & Williams is offering up the St Thomas Road site having secured planning approval for an 11-storey apartment block.
