Home Improvement actor Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested on charges of domestic violence on Wednesday, January 1, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is his third arrest for alleged domestic violence and his second arrest in three months.

The woman, who shares children with Zachery Ty Bryan, told officers that Bryan had choked her and punched her in the face multiple times.

The troubled actor, 43, was arrested in February and October 2024 for DUI in Oklahoma and California, respectively.

After being sentenced to three years probation in 2021, this marks Zachery Bryan's third domestic violence arrest amid several years of legal issues.

The unidentified woman — who reportedly shares a child with Bryan, 43 — allegedly told police the “Home Improvement” alum punched her on the left side of her face and also put her in a choke hold, making her fear for her life. The woman’s injuries are consistent with her story, the police report says, per TMZ.
