Once you are familiar with how one works and what parts are in it, you should have no problems doing so.

Dec 18, 2013 · Search the internet for detailed info on disassembly and repair of the GM cruise transducer. It may also have info on diagnosing it for identifying the specific fault. You best bet is to repair the unit that you presently have. That would eliminate any problems due to the "one-off" configuration. They are fairly simple systems.
