Update: The cows have been re-captured. Cows on the Loose along the Thruway! Check out this video from I-90 near the Blasdell exit in the Buffalo area. If you are traveling this afternoon, check the forecast and adjust speed to the conditions. Our crews are out doing continuous loops clearing and treating the roadway. Give them room to work.
