I’m infusing dried lavender (from last years harvest) into Apricot Oil to make a Lavender body butter, scented only with lavender infused oil (no essential oils) because I like simplicity. This method is a warm infusion using a crock pot on low heat for about 6hrs. ~check your pot, don’t let your oils get hot or simmer/bubble. Use half a cup of dried lavender covered with 1cup of carrier oil. I use apricot oil. Sunflower and almond would be good too. Olive oil would likely over power the subtle
