A powerful radar-toting US Air Force RQ-4B Global Hawk was reportedly active off the Russian coast. A report in The Warzone claims the Global Hawk, operating from Sicily, was not far from the cities of Sochi and Novorossiysk. Some estimates suggest the drone, callsign FORTE 11, may have approached as close as 54 nautical miles off the Russian coast.
