It is sad what has happened to Portland, Oregon! It is a ghost town! The leaders of Oregon allowed drugs to be legally used on the streets. Homeless people flock to this city. The store owners, business, restaurants all have left. Buildings are vacant,streets are dangerous and the only people walking the street are the drug addicted zombies!
