This is one of my favourite places to take lunch on Tunbridge Wells Common. The hundreds of trees provide plenty of shade in the summer and in Autumn they put in a show. The trees were planted to commemorate the visit of a young Queen Victoria (then a princess) who would visit the commons with her mother.
