A fatal accident that occurred 10 kilometres south of Otavi last night claimed the lives of four people. Otjozondjupa Police spokesperson, Senior Inspector Maureen Mbeha, said the accident was the result of a head-on collision between a double-cab bakkie with two occupants and a seven-seater car that had five occupants. Both vehicles caught fire upon impact. Four people in the seven-seater car burned beyond recognition, and survivors were taken to the Otjiwarongo State Hospital. Report: Faith Sa
