James Cook on Instagram: "Finding an animal that should not be in the UK 🇬🇧 The Signal Crayfish can be found right here in the UK after being introduced in the 19th century to be used as a food source. However things got out of hand and it quickly became known that they have a devastating impact on our native Crayfish, the ‘White Claw’ 🦞 It’s actually illegal to try and catch or trap them without a license here in the UK so I set about trying to film them underwater with some bacon as bait 😂
