This video is from a few years ago at Val Marie, Saskatchewan, the Gateway to the Grasslands! We felt like we were in a different world, but we were in South Saskatchewan! I couldn't believe the scenery of the 70 Mile and Eagle Butte hiking area! This trail has lots of elevation and variation in terrain. Flowers bloom on this trail from early May to July. If you're looking for something shorter, you can complete Eagle Butte alone instead of continuing on to the 70-mile butte. There are beautiful
