With the weather being so hot it’s hard to open up my oven and bake. I love how I can just turn on the stove and make delicious easy bread. Turkish Bread 2/3 cup water 2/3 cup warm milk 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons yeast 3 cups flour 3 tablespoon olive oil In a bowl/stand mixer add in the flour, salt, yeast mix then add the water and milk. Mix for about a minute, then add in the olive oil. You’re going to have to knead the dough or in the mixer for about 7 to 8 minutes once the dough looks good
